We conducted a double-blind, randomized trial to see how well the Bushen Huoxue Formula (BSHXF) works for discogenic low-back pain. Seventy patients received either BSHXF or a placebo alongside lumbar traction for three weeks.
Our results showed that those taking BSHXF experienced significantly less pain and better mobility compared to the control group. Notably, their improvement in function and muscle tone was maintained even one to three months after treatment, with no adverse effects reported.

We delved into the effects of Elgucare, a Chinese herbal supplement, on chronic low back pain caused by lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration. Over 12 months, participants either took Elgucare or a placebo and reported significant improvements in pain levels and mobility.

Eliminates back pain

Major change after starting this. After breastfeeding for 12 months, I was in constant pain across my back, knees, and joints. Suggestions led me to this calcium supplement. Just three days in, nearly all my pain had vanished! Now pregnant again, my midwives say I’m the only woman in their practice with adequate vitamin D levels, thanks to this supplement. In summary, it’s the best and I urge everyone with bone issues to try it.

Highly, highly recommended. I’m only 28, but as a nurse with 16 years of soccer experience and two auto accidents, I notice a stark difference in my arthritic pain after taking this supplement. I take just two capsules twice daily, yet maintain a healthy diet. Remarkably, my back and legs don't ache after my long shifts as they used to. I recommend this to everyone.

Good for pins and needles. This is the first calcium supplement I’ve managed to tolerate. I genuinely feel it’s benefiting my bones rather than just increasing my blood calcium levels. I appreciate the inclusion of K2 and potassium citrate to help direct it towards the skeleton. I often experience pins and needles and nerve pain, and these supplements help prevent it and reduce the discomfort when it occurs. Despite high blood calcium labs, I have been advised against calcium intake, yet I suffer from bone and nerve pain, which this product alleviates significantly.
